KhidmaGo helps connect customers with independent providers of Umrah, money transfer, car rental and university admission services. KhidmaGo does not issue visas, execute money transfers itself, own rental vehicles or grant university admission.
Who provides the underlying service
The underlying service is provided by the relevant party, such as the authority responsible for a visa decision, a money transfer provider, a rental company or a university. That service is subject to the provider's terms and the agreement you make directly with that provider.
Outcomes, prices and timelines
KhidmaGo does not guarantee visa approval, university admission or any outcome determined by a service provider. We also cannot guarantee prices or timelines set by those providers, because they are outside our control.
Information and documents
You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information and the documents needed for us to help follow up on your request. Missing or inaccurate information may affect whether or how quickly your request can be followed up.
How we help
We help you understand the steps, communicate with an appropriate provider and follow up during the service process, based on the information available to us and the nature of your request.
Fees
If KhidmaGo charges a fee for its assistance, we will explain it before proceeding. Any such fee is separate from costs charged by the third-party service provider.
